4. Purchase Conditions & Pricing
  • Currency & Taxes: All prices published in the store include VAT (IGV) and are expressed in Soles (S/).
  • Order Processing: Orders are processed upon formal payment confirmation.
  • Returns & Exchanges: Returns or exchanges apply within 7 days following delivery strictly if the product exhibits manufacturing defects or order discrepancies, requiring original packaging.
  • Assembly Manuals: Basic usage and maintenance manuals are included for all products requiring assembly.

  • Free Store Pickup: We offer free pickup at our store on Av. Independencia S/N, Cercado de Arequipa, upon schedule coordination.
  • Local Home Delivery (Arequipa): Delivered through third-party transport services, freight agencies, or local cargo carriers.
  • Regional & Nationwide Dispatches (Shalom Agency): We dispatch regionally and nationwide via Shalom agency, operating under the freight collect payment modality at the destination branch.
  • Delivery Costs & Timelines: Approximate urban and third-party shipping fees vary by package volume and are quoted prior to checkout.
7. Personal Data Protection & Complaints Book
  • Personal Data Protection: Strict compliance with Peruvian personal data protection regulations (Law No. 29733) ensuring the privacy and safeguarding of customer information.
