In compliance with Law No. 29733 (Personal Data Protection Law of the Republic of Peru) and its Regulations approved by Supreme Decree 003-2013-JUS, Kasa y Concepto guarantees the safeguarding, confidentiality, and proper processing of personal data provided by our clients and users while browsing, requesting quotes, or making purchases on our website.
Collected data (names, phone numbers, emails, and delivery addresses) is strictly used for order fulfillment, payment receipt issuance, and dispatch coordination. Under no circumstances do we trade or transfer data to unauthorized third parties.
All prices published in the store include VAT (IGV) and are stated in Soles (S/).
Orders are processed upon formal confirmation of payment received through our official channels (BCP, Interbank, BBVA transfers, Yape/Plin digital wallets, or integrated card payment gateway).
Additionally, we include basic usage and maintenance manuals for all products requiring assembly to ensure proper installation and longevity.
Returns or exchanges apply within 7 days following delivery strictly if the product exhibits manufacturing defects or order discrepancies, requiring original packaging and corresponding purchase receipt. In accordance with the Consumer Protection and Defense Code (Law No. 29571), Kasa y Concepto makes a Virtual Complaints Book available to all customers to register any complaint or claim regarding purchased products or services.
You can request and submit your complaint sheet by visiting our Contact Us or writing directly to contacto@kasayconcepto.pe with the subject "Virtual Complaints Book", receiving attention within statutory deadlines.
We provide free store pickup upon schedule coordination at Av. Independencia S/N, Cercado de Arequipa, as well as home deliveries executed by third-party transport services, freight agencies, or local shipping providers.
Additionally, we make regional and nationwide shipments through Shalom agency, operating under the freight collect payment modality at the destination branch. Approximate costs and delivery schedules for urban or third-party freight vary according to parcel dimensions and are informed before checkout.
